Graphic Designer
This role will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs across various media platforms, including print and digital, that effectively communicates the MAVIN brand though elements like logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, transportation, and showroom signage. Design software to assist in creating layouts, topography, color schemes and illustrations that align with MAVIN’s needs and brand identity. As well as, help facilitate all communication and supply needs for Canon imagePRESS V900, and creation and production of all company printing needs.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Brainstorm and create original design concepts based on brand guidelines and target audience.
- Design logos, branding elements, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Develop layouts for print and digital media, ensuring proper typography, color schemes, and image placement
- Create custom illustrations and icons when needed to enhance design elements, and assist in designing website graphics, landing pages, email marketing visuals, and user interface elements
- Design material like brochures, flyers, posters, and signage.
PRINTER ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Create, prepare, and set up print-ready files for production on the Canon Image Press V900, ensuring compatibility with project specifications and adherence to brand guidelines
- Regularly update print files and manage their integration into Fiery software for streamlined production workflows
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain the Canon Image Press V900 to produce high-quality print materials, ensuring color accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor the digital press during production to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, minimizing downtime.
- Manage print jobs from start to finish, including file setup and printing.
- Ensure supplies, such as toner and paper, are stocked and available as needed.
- Work with external vendors or technicians for technical support and service as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Design Software proficiency – knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Visual Communication – strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking – Ability to generate innovative and visually compelling design concepts.
- Problem solving – Effectively identify and resolve design challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communication skills – Excellent ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Maintenance Group Leader
The maintenance Group Leader is to help facilitate and communicate all maintenance workloads (preventative or corrective) to the departments being affected. This role will also help with creating weekly lists and creating a schedule for the maintenance technicians to complete. Also, this role will record, and archive jobs completed. Completing and following 5S inspections, audits, and compliance.-
Supervise Maintenance Technicians: Oversee the work of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.

Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations and to address any cross-departmental issues.

Coordinate with Contractors: Work with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and timely scheduling.

Coordinate and Complete Repairs: Organize, prioritize and complete repair tasks to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Coordinate Equipment Installation: Supervise and assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring correct setup and integration.

Implement Maintenance Software: Utilize maintenance management software to streamline operations and improve record-keeping.

Order Supplies and Parts: Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts and materials as needed.

For over a decade, Hank Troyer has been a key part of MAVIN, leading the Coating/Finishing Department with expertise, dedication, and a strong sense of teamwork. As an expert problem-solver, Hank ensures that every finish meets the highest standards, and his leadership helps bring out the best in his team. His supervisor describes him as dependable, a natural leader, and an excellent mentor—always finding solutions and guiding others to succeed.
Hank’s commitment to stewardship and teamwork is evident in everything he does. Whether it’s staying late to meet a tight deadline or developing strong leaders within his department, he consistently goes the extra mile. His favorite part of working at MAVIN? “The AWESOME people I get to work with every day.”
Beyond the Workplace
Outside of work, Hank enjoys fishing, attending his children’s sporting events, and working with his horses. A fun fact? He used to be a softball coach! His favorite memories at MAVIN include helping organize a fundraiser for a coworker with medical expenses and pulling off a hilarious Christmas banquet prank on Kenny Kline.
