Wendy Lorenz

Drawer Box Assembly | 7 Months at MAVIN
 
In just a short time, Wendy Lorenz has made a big impact at MAVIN. As a key member of the Drawer Box Assembly team, Wendy has proven herself to be both highly skilled and incredibly versatile—able to operate in any position, assist with drawer fronts, pedestals, staining, case prep, and even jump in as a van driver. She also serves on the First Aid Team, showing her commitment to both her team’s success and their safety.
 
Her supervisor describes her as kind, energetic, and creative, and someone who connects well with others—bringing a strong sense of teamwork and innovation to her work. Wendy is not only a pace-setter on the floor but also a team player who communicates effectively and helps keep things running efficiently day after day.
 
Beyond the Workplace
 
Outside of work, Wendy’s life is full of energy, creativity, and heart. She loves spending time with her three daughters—Genesis, Sara, and Emerald—and her growing crew of grandkids (with one more on the way!). Her niece Angel holds a special place in her life too, like another daughter. Wendy raises miniature dachshunds, enjoys attending concerts and Broadway shows, and fills her free time with everything from game nights and trivia with friends to woodworking, renovating homes, interior design, crocheting, sewing, and painting.
 
And for the fun facts? Wendy is a proud Pittsburgh Steelers fan, holds two degrees from Kent State University, knows sign language, and is even part of a clogging dance team!
 
Wendy’s drive, creativity, and positive spirit make her a standout team member. We’re lucky to have her at MAVIN.
