Sierra Miller

Customer Care | 2 Years at MAVIN
 
 
In her two years at MAVIN, Sierra Miller makes a meaningful impact across multiple teams. She currently serves on the Customer Care Team and Gallery Team, helps organize tours, and plays a key role in streamlining and implementing our new ERP system. Sierra approaches every opportunity with curiosity and a drive to improve.
Her manager notes that Sierra truly embodies innovation. She doesn’t accept “this is the way we’ve always done it” as the final answer. Instead, she consistently brings fresh ideas and looks for smarter, more efficient ways to move forward. Thoughtful, poised, and quietly confident, Sierra makes a strong impact without needing to be the loudest voice in the room. She takes time to listen, think, and respond with intention, earning the respect of those around her.
Her team spirit shines in everyday moments. Recently, she surprised a coworker with a “Happy Groundhog Day” cake tied to a special memory with her dad, a meaningful gesture that showed her big heart and commitment to creating a supportive workplace.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at MAVIN, Sierra points to the culture — the thoughtful events and activities Loretta organizes, the sweet café crew making delicious drinks, and having a front row seat for Heidi’s jokes.
Beyond the Workplace
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys thrifting vintage and antique pieces for her personal collection and resale, painting, and “sippin’ coffee real slow.” She loves spending time with her family and values meaningful connection. A fun fact? Her family has roots in Florida, and she loves being on the water. She’s caught an 8-pound redfish in the Gulf and even a shark in the Keys.
One of her favorite parts of her MAVIN journey has been developing close friendships and learning so much about life and herself along the way.
Sierra’s creativity, grace, and innovative mindset make her a valued part of the MAVIN team and we’re excited to see all she continues to bring.
